Some Lunar Observations

Postby KuyaMak » Mon Feb 10, 2014 9:20 am

During a stretch of excellent seeing over the past two nights, I took the opportunity to observe the moon.

On 8 Feb, the Alpine Rille was seen quite nicely at 320x.

On 9 Feb crater Timocharis was quite attractive.

Also on 9 Feb, with the observation of 'g' my Plato crater count rise to 7 small craters on Plato's floor.
